1. About this agreement #
This agreement is between you (the "Developer") and DIGITAL IT ADVISOR COMPANY LIMITED, a company registered in Thailand ("Diil", "we"). It applies when you publish a mini app in the Apps catalog of the Diil messenger ("Mini App") through the Diil developer tools. By accepting it in the app you confirm that you have read it and agree to it. If you act for a company, you confirm that you may bind it.
2. Eligibility #
- You must have a Diil account with a verified phone number and a verified email address.
- You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and at least 18.
- You may have up to 5 Mini Apps unless we agree otherwise.
- The details you give us must be true and kept up to date.
3. Review and publication #
- Every Mini App, every change to its card and every new version is reviewed before users see it.
- We may approve, reject or ask for changes at our discretion, and we tell you the reason.
- An approved Mini App is shown in the catalog with its name, icon, description and your name.
- Publication is not a promise of any placement, traffic or income.
4. Platform rules #
Your Mini App must:
- work as described, open over HTTPS and not hide what it does;
- show who runs it and how to contact you inside the Mini App or on its website;
- ask only for the permissions it really needs and explain why;
- not imitate Diil, another app, a person or an organisation;
- not interfere with the Diil app, its users or other Mini Apps, and not try to bypass review;
- follow the laws of the countries where it is available, including consumer protection, advertising and tax rules;
- keep its content appropriate for the category and audience it declares.
5. Prohibited content #
You may not publish, link to or enable:
- illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs or gambling without a licence where one is required;
- sexual content involving minors in any form, and any sexual content in a Mini App available to minors;
- content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate or discrimination, or harasses people;
- fraud, phishing, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways or misleading financial offers;
- malware, spyware, cryptocurrency mining or attempts to collect data without consent;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- requests for Diil passwords, login codes or payment card details outside a licensed payment provider.
6. Data handling #
- You are responsible for the personal data your Mini App collects. Collect only what you need, keep it secure and use it only for the purpose you state.
- Publish a privacy policy that explains what you collect, why, how long you keep it and how users can delete it, and link it from your Mini App.
- Do not sell user data, and do not combine it with other sources to identify people without their consent.
- Diil does not give your Mini App the user's phone number, contacts or messages. Diil collects anonymous launch statistics for your Mini App and shows them to you.
- Tell us without undue delay through the Support form in the Diil app (Profile → Support) about any security incident affecting users.
- We process your own account data (name, phone, email, IP address when you accept this agreement) to run the developer programme, as described in the Diil Privacy Policy.
7. Your content and our licence #
You keep all rights in your Mini App. You give Diil a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to show your Mini App's name, icon, cover, descriptions and screenshots in Diil and in materials about Diil, for as long as the Mini App is published and for a reasonable time after. You confirm that you have the rights needed for everything you submit.
8. Suspension, removal and revocation #
- We may suspend or remove a Mini App, or end your access to the developer tools, if you break this agreement, if users are at risk, if the law requires it or if a rights holder makes a credible complaint. Where we can, we tell you the reason and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
- You may remove your Mini App or stop using the developer tools at any time.
- You may revoke your acceptance of this agreement by writing to us through the Support form in the Diil app (Profile → Support); your Mini Apps are then removed from the catalog.
- Sections 6, 7 (for materials already published), 9 and 10 survive the end of this agreement.
9. Liability #
The developer tools and the catalog are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Diil is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or for the Mini Apps of other developers. You are responsible for your Mini App and agree to cover Diil's reasonable costs arising from claims caused by your Mini App or your breach of this agreement.
10. Changes and general terms #
- We may change this agreement. A new version gets a new version number, and you have to accept it before you can submit again. Material changes take effect no earlier than 14 days after we announce them, except where the law or user safety requires faster action.
- If a part of this agreement is invalid, the rest stays in force.
- Contact us through the Support form in the Diil app (Profile → Support).
